Mikoto is from the same canon as Accelerator up there and is a psychic like him, so everything but the whole crazy angel stuff applies, as does the whole negating thing! If you need details on her ability I've got a stats/permissions thing in her journal here.

Maka's Soul Perception is not very well defined, but I'm assuming it's supernatural in some way, but you're also free to negate that should it come up.
